How to order
Add products to your cart
On the product page, select the desired color and size, and click "Add to cart".
Go to Order
If there is a mistake in the item in the cart, please click "Go to Purchase Procedure".
* If you have any requests for the contents of the order, please fill in the desired contents from "Add order note".
Log in or register as a new member
< first-time users>
Please enter the necessary information and register as a new member.
After entering, click "Go to Select Delivery" to move on.
Confirm your shipping address
Confirm the contents of "Contact" and "Shipping address" and click "Proceed to payment" to proceed.
Choose a payment method
Select your preferred payment method from "Payment Method" and enter the details.
Order Complete
After confirming your order, click "Pay Now" or "Order Complete" to complete your order.
Order confirmation e-mail
When your order is completed, you will receive an e-mail message with the details of your order to the e-mail address you registered.

About delivery fee
In the case of Nekopos compatible products, if you choose Nekopos, we will deliver it at a uniform shipping fee nationwide. (only in Japan)
For 2 or more items or those that are large enough to fit in Nekopos, we will send them by Sagawa Express. (only in Japan)
About Shipping
We will ship by courier within 7 business days after receiving the order.
* Please note that we may not be able to deliver due to the delivery situation of the delivery company, natural disasters, unseasonable weather and other unavoidable circumstances, or traffic conditions.
Changes and confirmations after ordering
We do not accept cancellation after ordering, so please consider it thoroughly in advance and check carefully in advance before completing your order.
About returns and exchanges
We take all possible measures for quality, but in the unlikely event that a defective product is delivered or a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us by phone or inquiry form.
In the following cases due to our company, in principle, we will respond by exchange within 7 days after the arrival of the product.
・ When the delivered product is defective
・If the product is dirty or damaged
・ If the product you applied for and the product you received were different
However, please note that if the product to be exchanged is not in stock, we may refund the product price.
* In the event of defect or damage due to the Company's negligence, the Company will bear all shipping and transfer fees.
In addition, we can not accept returns in the following cases.
・ In the case of exchange / return due to customer's convenience (wrong color, size, etc.)
・When used even once
・In the event of damage or damage due to the customer's responsibility
・ If you lose accessories such as delivery slips and product tags
・When more than 8 days have passed since the arrival of the product
・When the Company otherwise determines that the Company cannot accept returns or exchanges
* Please note that due to the characteristics of products and fabrics, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that cause individual differences such as processing and printing.
* Please note that due to the characteristics of personal computers and mobile terminals, the product image may differ slightly from the actual color eye. The color of the image is not treated as attributable to our company.
We will exchange only the first time about size exchange. However, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
In that case, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer. We do not accept size exchanges after the second time.
